Hi - I been trying to get my head around reporting the November submission!
Procurement and Access Points on all NMS started on or after 15 nov to be recorded. For NMS started prior to 15 nov needs to be left blank and not recorded.
For work delivered under the 2007 contract need to enter on submission PA1000 in procurement area and AP10000 in access point.Does this mean that the outcomes reported on the November submission needs to have the above codes for cases started prior to 15 November?
The NMS started on 1st Nov - 14th Nov to be reported on the November Submission
NMS started on 15 nov and 31st December to be reported DECEMBER submission
Did I get it right? or have I missed something? My head hurts.
I've just read the guidance again as i thought I'd got it wrong but I'm wondering if you have a family contract. My understanding was that outcomes reported after Nov 15th that had commenced before Nov 15th would have Procurement and Access Points left blank. The guidance says you only put those codes in if you are still running a 2007 contract after 15th Nov. Can someone help us out here please, I'm running out of aspirin!
We have the Debt, Welfare Benefit, Housing and Employment 2010 contract.
I had another look at the guidance quotes: From 15 November all cases with a case started to be reported and this applies to cases which are started under the new 2010 civil contract and cases still reported under the 2007 civil contract.
All NMS started on or after the 15 November to have the Procurement Area and Access Point recorded.
All Outcomes started on or after 15 November to have the Procurement Area and Access Point recorded.
Its the bit about the Outcomes started prior to 15 November and work still delivered under the 2007 contract I am not sure about.
Does this mean any outcomes we report Submission needs the Procurement Area Code and Access Point Code that were started under the 2007 contract.
Or Cases opened prior to 15 November the Procurement Area and Access point to remain blank in the outcomes submission
HELP!
I am sure about the splitting of the November NMS eg 1st Nov - 14 Nov to be reported and the NMS from 15th Nov to be reported in the December submission.
