following your very good training last week Patrick - I am struggling to find the Tender Information that should be in the Buyer Attachements. So far, the only place I can find the selection criteria is in the Tender Form as you fill it in but it doesn't give the scores. i have sent a message to LSc via the e portal - but do you have any suggestions where to find it?

Now I am very worried.
Looking in the ITT section the matter starts they want to buy for family, WB, debt and housing have been greatly reduced from the figures given in the procurement plan (Wirral area)

I have just been in touch with the LSC about the Bravo site saying that suppliers are not allowed to bid as part of a consortium in the Overview sections of all the ITTs (just before you express an interest in one). Apparently, Bravo uses a different definition of consortia than the LSC and it doesn't mean 'no' to the question as you would read it, it's just that the Bravo site says 'no' here to stop organisations putting in a joint online ITT form. Your Tender Information Form (TIF) and the Information For Applicants (IFA) will contain all the bumf you need on consortia and allow you to submit a consortia bid - you each submit your own PQQ and ITT(s) indicating you are part of a consortia in (I assume, as my computer won't open it) the TIF
The LSC has said it will stick this in the first FAQ they put out on the SWL shortly to clear up any confusion
No doubt not the last compatibility and teething problems for the SWL round
Is anyone else's actual NMS offered reduced from the Procurement Plan?
I would send them a 'clarification message' Steve, and ask if it's intentional or a mistake. Let us know
