The LSC has just released the following:
We have today published details of the outcomes of each of the main civil tender processes for the award of Standard Civil Contracts which came into force on 15 November 2010. These are available on the individual tender pages for the relevant category of law. For example, Debt, Housing and Welfare Benefits outcomes can be found under the ‘Social Welfare Law and Family (including Family Mediation)’ link.
Please note that contract validation is still ongoing and a number of contracts are yet to be issued, therefore these lists are subject to change.
For Debt, Housing and Welfare Benefits New Matter Start volumes have been included where the category is held and have been left blank where it is not.
Family and Family with Housing information has not been included at this time but we will publish this information after the next schedule extension.
For Immigration Removal Centre work and Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes, due to the timing of the appeals process, some providers have been issued with transitional contracts for 2 months. Therefore, not all outcomes of these tender processes have yet been finalised and we will publish lists of contract holders in the new year once the appeals process has completed and final awards confirmed.
