Well here is the points scoring for for the new Immigration tender in Plymouth and Kent which appears to have omitted the extra point for simply applying for level 3 status that was in all other imm tenders.
Here is the new selection criteria
"Marked out of 5 Points will be awarded to an Individual Bid as follows: - The Applicant Organisation currently employs a caseworker who is accredited to IAAS Level 3 (5 points) - The Applicant Organisations does not employ an IAAS Level 3 accredited caseworker (0 points)"
