Did any one see the One Show on BBC this evening? They gave the run down on the Legal Aid cuts and gave an impression that barristers represent you in Incapacity Benefit related cases; - whilst there were some more accurate points made; - I couldn't help but almost choke when the advice they gave if you couldn't get Legal Aid was......to go to the CAB or Law Centres! Does no one associate CAB and law centres with legal aid? and why do people keep saying come to CAB when our funding is in jeopardy?
I'm in a rush so can't post any more, but if anyone could locate some links?
