Due to a recent audit and client circumstances being even more complex than ever I was just wondering if anyone had any contact numbers/email addresses for the LSC means enquiries other than the standard (020 7718 8359 and 'means-enquiries@legalservices.gsi.gov.uk') as I've tried numerous times and don't seem to be getting answers to calls (15mins+ waiting) /responses to emails (been waiting over a week).
We also use this email address. The responses have been very quick, usually within an hour, and we then print out the reply to put on the client file as proof of what we were officially told.
