Just had this email
"Dear Provider Changes are being made to CWA which will affect your February submissions for Legal Help. These changes will be implemented between the 25th and 26th of February to minimise disruption to our online services. To ensure that your claims can be processed correctly, you should not upload, enter or submit cases for your February submission until the 1st of March 2012. You will be able to submit cases for your February submission between the 1st and 20th of March in line with the usual process. Please note that your February submission should include all cases concluded on or before the 31st of February."
Can anyone make sense of it? Do they mean not to upload the january submission until 1st March? When did february have 31 days in it?
