Found a very brief piece on the closure of this Sheffield agency here:
"Manor Rights and Advice Service will be shutting on June 28 due to the lack of funding for their service for the Manor community. The committee have taken interest from different like minded organisations and charities from within the Manor area, as they are planning to gift aid the building as well as their assets.

We regret to inform you that due to lack of funding we, the management committee of Manor Right & Advice Service, have had to make the tough decision of closing the advice service as of 28th June 2012.
Up until the closure date of 28th June 2012 we will still be operating but on a reduced basis. We will be offering basic advice and signposting the new cases on to another service provider.
We have been told by Sheffield City Council that an advice service will be provided in the area by another provider from 1st July 2012 but at present we are not sure in what form or where this will be.
