In the previous i-ALERT we told you about the LSC announcement that there were likely to be problems meeting the milestones in the civil route map. We spoke to the LSC about this and the Policy Manager of the Civil Reform Team confirmed to us that there is now expected to be a 3-month delay in you needing to bid for a contract in 2010
