If you are talking about SQM compliance, it's 6 hours CPD, which would generally need to be SRA accredited. See SQM D3.2
If the caseworker was a practising solicitor however, then the requirement is greater. If working over 32 hours per week, it's 16 hours per year (at least 25% of which needs to be SRA accredited). If part-time, it's a little bit more complicated - the requirement is reduced but needs to be worked out according to hours worked.
