Will consortia and sub-contracting be allowed for the provision of any services? Only tenders from single legal entities will be accepted. No consortia or sub-contracting arrangements will be permitted for any contracts as we do not consider it necessary in order to deliver the services that we are tendering for.
what are the requirements for the delivery of debt advice with housing? Potential applicants will need to ensure they meet the supervisor standards. We intend to publish details of supervisor standards, including a combined housing and debt standard, shortly. We are as yet unable to provide further details about the criteria that will apply to the face-to-face housing and debt ITT which will be launched in September this year following the PQQ.
