In addition, we will be running tender rounds for additional services in the following areas: Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes Mediation We do not intend to re-tender for most existing Housing Possession Duty Schemes (HPCDS) but have received a transfer of funding from the Department for Communities and Local Government so will be tendering for schemes presently funded by them and additionally, schemes where we will have gaps in provision including those currently operating under emergency arrangements. We anticipate that this will equate to approximately 35 schemes.
