Right, I've read it now. For anyone at the presentation I did in Liverpool on Wednesday, I was correct in the delivery models I posited. I'll add to the presentation a little to refer to the questions and answers in the FAQ and circulate it shortly

Could be anytime before midnight
It's actually down on the LSC site as the 12th October version - today's final one - being available for download. However, when you click on it it's still the previous version. They'll probably be right onto it after lunch
I am currently completing the ITT and have downloaded the docs for housing and debt. The TIF appears to only be a very very short form only requesting office details and bid details (one line each if your only bidding for one area) which you upload onto the Bravo site along with the Supervisor Standard form. I feel incredibly stupid asking this question but am I missing something? I felt that a lot more information would have been requested. I may be looking for things that aren’t there but if anyone can answer this I would appreciate it and preserve my sanity for a little longer.
Hi Patrick, at the meeting, we discussed permanent presence and it was suggested that the definition was not the same and it could just be, providing appointments at another office that was open 9.30 -5 every day. Looking the FAQ I have become confused. Basically I need to know, can I put in a bid in a different procurement area, that is not one of my offices, but we would provide appointments and access by telephone when needed
