Just had the following email from Advice UK:
Looks like ASA have got it wrong,
It’s the crime PQQ deadline 12th March not mental health
From: Artie Singh [mailto:Artie.Singh@adviceuk.org.uk] Sent: 10 March 2010 13:52 To: Artie Singh Cc: Phil Jew Subject: For info: LSC SWL Tender correct deadlines Importance: High
Hi All,
Please see below for information on LSC’s correct SWL deadlines, as per their message on their website homepage:
The 12 March PQQ deadline is for MENTAL HEALTH only, it is not the civil deadline, please ignore and see LSC's message below as it appears on their homepage today:
2010 contracts tender process 10 March 2010 An important update on deadlines for pre-qualification questionnaires
Following automated emails sent out from the eTendering system this morning, we would like to clarify the deadlines for submitting the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) as part of the 2010 Contracts tender process for Civil and Crime contacts.
The current PQQ (PQQ_7) is applicable to all of the remaining civil and the crime contract tenders. As such, the PQQ overview page will always show the deadline for the next tender to close, which at the moment is the crime tender.
The deadlines for PQQs submitted in conjunction with a response to civil tenders are as follows:
Mental Health – 12 noon on 31 March 2010
Social Welfare Law and Family - 12 noon on 21 April 2010
More information For more details and the deadlines for all Civil tender processes see the 2010 civil contracts tendering pages

Yes, there was a bit of a mix-up with this. Originally, the LSC site had the Crime date (12th) down within the news item but saying it was MH. They quickly changed it to 31st March for MH on the site
I think some people might have copied or cut and pasted the original text from the LSC site before it got corrected, or the correct text but inserted it into an email they had begun earlier

Shall we put together a list of all the mistakes and errors made by the LSC during this bid round? The latest one being the (hopefully) mistake in v6 of the IFA regarding consortia
