Is this going to be a Problem?
When completing the tender form attachment (Tender info & selection criteria) - After entering all the details the ratio's of case worker NMS is automatically calculated and shown as thus 1:300 (eg) at the top right of the page. However after clicking through all the "OK" buttons the ratio information disappears offthe page. Does this matter? Anyone else noticed this? or any other problems?
Another problem we have noticed with the ITT is when you put your office address in (lines 1-3) whatever you put in line 2 gets overwritten with what is in line one when you save. Does this happen to other people?

The ratio thing isn't a problem. This is the 300 per FTE maximum figure. Providing you have asked for X number of NMS and this is within the ratio then you have nothing to worry about. It might be nicer if the ratio remained once you entered details I would have thought but, providing your ratio is within the limits it doesn't really matter. Ghost in the machine #1
The over-writing is interesting. For anyone else reading this thread, what is happening is whatever you write in Line 2 of your address is deleted and replaced by whatever you wrote in Line 1 when you close/save the Tender Form. You reopen it and Line 2 has gone, with just a copy of whatever was in Line 1
I think it's just a glitch in the coding of the form and shouldn't affect your bid in any way. I'll flag it up however. Ghost in the machine #2
We have now completed PQQ and ITT and published them. When we did this there was 1 attachment for each- the not for profit applicant information with the PQQ, and the tender form with the ITT. Rather worryingly, the attachments are shown on the PQQ and ITT as we scrolled down, but at the bottom of them the words 'there are no attachments' appear. Does anyone think this could be a problem, or is paranoia setting in?
