I have just clarified with Bravo that the reference to attachments (the bit that says there are no attachments)at the bottom of the ITT and PQQ are not relevant. As long as documents are uploaded and shown in the box next to the relevant question, then they are on the system.
This can be found in the IFA para12.8 Supervisor Declaration Forms are not Mandatory Forms, however it will be a condition of contract that we receive these at least 8 weeks prior to the contract start date. Therefore, where possible Applicant Organisations are encouraged to submit these forms with their tender.

Really find the whole supervisor thing confusing. Appears to qualify for the full time route you need to have done 350 hours EACH year for the last 3, but you can qualify through the part itme route by doing 1050 WITHIN the last 5. ie if you had done 1050 in the last 12 months then you would appear to qualify via the pt route but not the full time route?
I also dont grasp the dating of the supervisor dec, but then it says in q and a that you can complete as you anticipate circs to be at 14th Oct. Now I'm a simple city boy with simple country tastes, this apears v confusing to me.
I think what this means is you have to demonstrate 5 years of case involvement of 1050 hours (if part time) spread over the 5 years rather than using the last year to satisfy the hours requirement. Whether you have to have something in each year or not I don't know. It doesn't say that you have to have something in each box unless you are full time,in which case you have to complete the last 36 months. But I don't fully understand the forms either.

Message from help@bravosolutions;
We are issuing additional guidance to applicant organisations in completing the Tender Form to clarify the following:
1) In the Debt/Housing/Welfare Benefits section of the Tender Form, there may be duplication of the first line of the address into the second line when the form is closed, saved and re-opened. You do not need to do anything about this; please submit this form, even if it includes this duplication. If we need to, we will contact you for the second line of your address during the assessment process.
2) For some Applicant Organisations, depending on their computer settings, the automatically calculated ratio of New Matter Starts to FTE staff is not always showing when the Form is saved and re-opened. You do not need to do anything about this; please submit the form, even if you cannot see this ratio. So long as you have entered the details of New Matter Starts and the staff members, your tender will still be compliant if this ratio does not appear on the form when the tenders are opened
