Hi Folks
With 8 weeks (minus a day) to go until the contract starts we have have a straightforward (but inaccurate and incosequential) letter re validation. Looks very much like a box ticking excercise as its not tailored to our individual tender outcome in that subject in that PA.
Yes I have had standard letter through eTendering portal regarding validation.
It says I have not provided 'Applicant Information Form' and states that it is available on LSC website tendering page, but I am b*ggered if I can find it. Sent message back to LSC pointing this out, but obviously no response yet.

Yes us too.
A standard letter received today from Ruth Wayte "seeking your confirmation that you will be ready to deliver" to which we must reply on the portal by 3rd Sept with a message headed "CONFIRMATION" (wise move Ruth - the summer job students who are clearly dealing with this bid round ain't too good at reading letters)
Oh and we must send our supervisor dec forms again, even though they were attached to our bid.
Chris Cole a word of warning: our letter ends "The LSC is under no obligation to contact the Applicant Organisation to clarify its tender or to obtain missing information". So keep looking for that form or else...
My letter did not ask for Supervisor Declaration Forms, even though mine were not attached to the bid. Bizarre. Will send them anyway when I send my 'CONFIRMATION' message sayiing 'I confirm that I am ready to provide service from the 14th October 2010', which appears to be all they require.
we too have been asked for Supervisor forms and the link to the website has relevant Sups forms dated August 2010. the ones we submitted with the bid were obviously an earlier version. I have gone through the Aug version with fine -tooth comb and can see no difference so have resubmitted the originals and hope that this is OK. I then had a minor panic as could not see the message thread - I was, apparently stupidly, looking in the ITT section of the portal when, of course, the message about verification is on the PQQ page - obviously. Feels like there are so many opps to slip up it is highly stressful ...

This is really very poor. I have seen organisations being asked for the Supervisor forms again despite them sending them first time around. With others, as reported earlier in this thread, not being asked for them even though they weren't actually sent first time around (if this applies to you, obviously send them anyway)
