The LSC has asked that we let you know:

1) Remind agencies that the Residual Work Form needs to capture all work in progress as at 30th September and be returned to the regional office by Friday 12th October.

2) Remind providers that they still need to report hours for closed residual work (started before 1st October, closed after) by the 10th of each month, and not to confuse this with online reporting by 20th.

3) Inform providers that we will be holding various external civil training events at the end of September / beginning of October to cover topics from 'what constitutes a matter start' to 'transitional arrangements', 'billing' and 'reconciliation'. Regions will be asked to
provide further information to the sector in the next few weeks once the training items are finalised.
